Mind, Body & Soul.
Nikki is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who studied at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition based in New York City. She graduated in 2016 & is now currently studying Culinary Arts at The Institute Of Technology in Clovis, Ca. She’s married and is the mother of three children — ages 16, 12, & 7! Nikki has been creating changes in her life for quite a long time now, which originally started with changing her thoughts & perspective on life after reading a book called “What to say when you talk to yourself” by Shad Helmstetter. Sounds like a crazy title for a book, she always tells people but she’s a strong believer in the fact that the book became a stepping stone for changing her whole life.
Paying close attention to her thoughts became incredibly important for her & In time, she gradually gained an understanding of how food affects not just our body, but our mind as well.
From then on, she was hooked on what life could really look like if she chose to work towards this incredible new path of a positive mindset + real food.
Studying Nutrition & following her intuition through the different stages of her life has been so rejuvenating (and scary) she says. “It's a beautiful process. The whole healing your body thing but it takes work and lots of it” — Some of us are coming out of a lifetime of hardship on our bodies, even without really knowing it, which makes her even more in love with it all and inspired to continue healing her own body & helping others do the same too.
